The Centre for Professional Skills Development in Public Health (CPSD) at BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health (BRAC JPGSPH), BRAC University, strengthens the knowledge and practical skills of public health and development professionals through short courses, customized training, professional development, and experiential learning. CPSD works with government agencies, NGOs, academic and research institutions, development partners, and other national and international organizations to identify skill gaps and develop responsive, practice-oriented training. Its courses combine academic knowledge with practical application through case-based learning, exercises, mentorship, and field-based approaches. CPSD is also expanding online and blended learning to make professional development more accessible to working professionals in Bangladesh and beyond.
